All orders will dispatch from our headquarters within 24 hours after the order is made excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Deliveries to European Union are made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Deliveries to rest of the world are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that duties and taxes are not included in the product prices displayed.

SIZE EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange a product for a size misfit follow the next steps:

  1. Send us a message with your order number and preferred size using the returns page or fill the return form in your account
  2. We will inform you about size availability 
  3. We will reserve the product for you 
  4. You will send us back the product by regular post within 14 days after purchase 
  5. We will receive the product and send you the preferred size
